Do credits expire?
Yes — each pack is valid for 30 days from purchase. Unused purchase credits roll over into your next pack, up to that pack’s rollover cap.
Can I buy credits without a pack?
Top-ups are for members on an active pack. Once you have one you can add a few extra credits at any time, at a flat per-credit rate shown on the pricing page and in your account. They expire with your current cycle and roll over on the same terms as pack credits.
How do I check in?
Scan the QR poster at the front desk, or show your pass — it works even without signal.
Is there a free trial?
New members get free trial credits after verifying their phone number, usable at any venue for 14 days, up to two visits per venue.
